A Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist, Prenatal/Postpartum Exercise Specialist, and Mother of three.
I am a strong advocate of MOVEMENT. To stay active and to have the abilities to live a physically free life is a pivotal pillar of perinatal fitness. Especially when striving for a strong body, mind, and soul during the motherhood journey.
From pregnancy, to postpartum, and parenthood, my goal is to provide the knowledge, guidance, and support you need to make fitness ingrained into your lifestyle, no matter how long that to-do list is.
